At home teeth whitening usually aren't as sophisticated,with fancy ultraviolet lights and all that jazz, but if you're just after the bottomline results, and just that?

Results in terms of couple of shades lighter? A noticeably whiter, brighter pearly white in just a little over a week type of results? Then these at-home kits may be worth taking a look at.

You know what? Actually Im being polite..

Its RIDICULOUS to spend over a grand in teeth whitening, because you'll get almost identical results for just $40 bucks! Thats really the bottomline here!!!!

Sorta lost it a bit there hahaha.. ANyways, these, at-home kits more often than not employ a process of bleaching the teeth (carbamide or peroxide based kits).

It is imperfect that I'd have to admit, that it's not for everybody and that it has its own set of disadvantages such as temporary sore gums, the nuisance of having to put on gooey-saliva crammed plastic trays and other devices, slow to dull results if you get results at all! (FYI the product I used did not use trays)

Not all home teeth whitening kits are created equal. Some partially work, some work exceptionally well, and some are just scams!

Thats not the problem if you recognize which products to get of course.The RIGHT bleaching based teeth whitening products have been tested to be successful in 78% of cases, those are excellent stats, in my opinion! Unfortunately the only way to find out is to ask someone who has actually had RESULTS with these products!

Another advantage is ease .. You don't have to take time off from from work, class, or whatever several times, just to get it done by the dentist on the far edge of the city! Thats a major hassle, and if you're into DIY (do it yourself), then at home bleaching kits certainly FAR OUTWEIGH any benefits of expensive, inconvenient multiple dental visits.

Do you know why you save a lot with At home teeth whitening kits? You're essentially cutting out the middle-man, and you get the savings because you provide the manual labor/service on your own teeth!- In reality you dont need several years in college, get board certified, hire office staff, rent office space, thousands of dollars in equipment, just to perform SIMPLE tooth whitening (bleaching)! In my opinion, leave the expensive cosmetic dental work to those who REALLY need it!! :)

Ok, ok, so it works, its more convenient but all those are secondary (in my case) to the one most important quality of At home teeth whitening is.....

That's just me. If you have the dough? Then go to the most expensive dentist! But for me?
